“For our stay we booked a king suite in the beach tower, on day one a fire alarm went off at 8am and we had to rush out of the building. Later in the same day the electricity went out for several hours. Hotel staff did not contact us and we found out after we tried to get ready for our next event. “The hotel itself was beautiful, the lobby was perfectly air conditioned when walking in, however, there was a strong fragrance upon entering which was a bit rough for those with reactive asthma. One thing that was unfortunate was someone was locked out their room, their roommate put the internal lock so they were screaming in the hallway and the staff said they couldn't do anything. “This hotel is amazing. I chose a water view room with two bedrooms, a living room, and an open kitchen. The room was amazing and I loved it! The only downside was the shower had a very low flow, which made it uncomfortable, but we only stayed two days, so it was fine. I'd definitely stay here again on my next vacation!”
